Teaching Note -- Easter

復活節快到了，應景一下。

不知道是哪裡聽來的復活節活動，加以改編後，前幾年教低年級時有玩過，效果還不錯。還被我拿來當Nikhat（有沒拼錯啊？）那門課assignment上的教學範例，哈哈。



Target Ss : Grade 1
Time: 40 mins
Aims :

• To familiarise Ss with Easter eventl
• To practise phrases related to Easter

Goals:

• Ss can know the meanings of: Easter, Easter eggs, basket, colour the eggs, hide the eggs, and egg hunt.
  
• Ss can listen and recognise: draw an egg, colour the eggs, hide the eggs, and egg hunt. Try to say the phrases.
  
• Ss can understand and follow instructions.
  
• Ss are willing to participate and can enjoy classroom activities.

Material :
復活節字卡、圖卡、反面空白的A4 廢紙 (裁成兩張，每生一張）、色筆

Procedure
1.簡單介紹復活節的由來 When? Why? What?

2.How do we celebrate Easter?

• 在黑板上畫一個橢圓，問Ss："what is this?" 先讓Ss說出 'an egg'，再要求說整句:"it's an egg."
• 畫幾個蛋，Ss 練習說"eggs"
• 彩蛋：用彩色粉筆裝飾蛋，邊畫邊說 "They will colour the eggs." 請 Ss 說"color the eggs"
• 復活節彩蛋：老師指著蛋說　And the eggs are now called "Easter eggs".請 Ss 說"Easter eggs"
• 藏蛋：在蛋的前面畫一些草或樹叢，說 People will "hide the eggs"，人們會把蛋藏起來，Ss 唸 "hide the eggs"。
• Egg hunt，小孩子們要去把蛋找出來，"egg hunt"。
• 重複一次，讓學生跟著唸片語。

3. 上課做相關復活節的活動，讓學生感受復活節的氣氛。
告訴Ss要玩找蛋的遊戲，請聽從老師指令，動手動腳不動口。講解遊戲規則：在老師規定的時間內，完成老師交代的事情，完成的坐正，手背後面，老師會倒數計時（視情況延長或縮短秒與秒的間隔），比賽哪一組動作又快又安靜，最快的加六分，最慢的加一分（班級通常都分六組）。

• 三秒鐘拿出鉛筆。
• 發下紙張。
• 五秒鐘寫下class, no., names
• 十秒鐘到工作櫃拿出色筆，並回到座位坐好。
• 三秒Draw an egg，用色筆畫一個大橢圓形（蛋的形狀）

• 三分鐘Color the egg。請小朋友將蛋塗顏色。

• 講解藏蛋規則：老師的座位或教師空間、電腦桌、教室外等不能藏，避免找蛋時將教室翻得亂七八糟。藏在看得見的地方，如地板上、黑板上、桌子上、座位底下等。

• Hide the egg，五秒鐘用眼睛看，腦袋想預備藏蛋的地點。五秒鐘藏蛋，時間到，整組坐回位子上的加分。

• Egg hunt：不能找自己的蛋，誰先碰到蛋，另外的人不能搶，要趕快再去找其他的蛋。Ten seconds, go!

• 最後數一數找到幾顆蛋，各組有幾顆蛋加幾分。
• 把找到的蛋交給老師，並跟老師說Happy Easter!
• 各班收回來的蛋可以當校園佈置。
