Teaching Notes -- Seasons in the sun

因為Seasons in the sun歌名本身有季節這個字，無論如何也要把這首歌跟第二課的"My favorite season is winter"硬扯上關係，哈哈。



Teaching Aids:

1. 到YouTube將這首歌download下來的影音檔。
2. 歌詞：每生一張。
3. 歌詞條：

• 將歌詞放大，跳過副歌部份，每兩段（十句）一組，分成兩或三套（其實上課時因為時間關係只用到兩套）。
• 將這三套句子分別打亂順序，在句子前編號後影印十五份。
• 三套句子分別割開成三組歌詞條，全部放在密封袋或信封袋裡（共15包）。

Procedure:
一、先放一次給學生聽。
二、簡單介紹這首歌曲曲折的歷史。
三、教S.如何上網搜尋到這首歌，以方便有興趣者回家自行練習。
四、二或三人一組，每組一包歌詞條，先請學生找出編號1~10的句子來，其實的留在袋子裡。
五、放歌曲前十句，請他們聽歌曲將句子重新排列成正確的順序。
六、一定都還沒排好，所以再放一次。告訴他們總共會放三次，三次後對答案，正確加分。
七、前十句放最後一次。
八、全班一起對答案，依照句子前面的編號唸出順序來。全對的加四分，錯一行加三分，錯兩句加兩分，錯三句加一分，其餘不加分。
九、將前十句收回袋子裡，拿出編號11~20的句子來。
十、放歌曲第11~20句，讓學生排序，重複前面步驟。
十一、收回歌詞條。發下歌詞，請學生試著跟著音樂唱唱看。

feedback:
一、因為是第一次玩聽歌曲重組段落的練習，每一班的學生都很認真的聽歌組句子。
二、限於時間關係，其實只讓學生組了兩段，第三段的部份並沒有用到。
三、需注意歌詞條一定要請學生收整齊，否則下一班要用時會少。這次上課的七個班，只有一包歌詞遺失了一句，而且只有一袋被學生當碎紙條一樣亂收，其他的人都很守規矩，會整齊的放回袋子裡，果然當老師的人還是要囉唆一點，規矩多一點啊～
四、因為這首seasons in the sun的用字都很基本，以往教英文歌都會帶念歌詞一次，這次就省掉，只針對幾個挑出來的片語或厘語解釋了一下，而且包子老師一直強調只要大家都會唱副歌就行了，好幾班的學生反而努力要唱會，哈哈。
五、還可以放Westlife版本的給學生聽聽看，比較（可能老師比較愛Terry Jacks版的，一開始就用Terry Jacks版的教，所以七個班裡只有一個班的小朋友說比較喜歡Westlife版的....因為那個班的小鬼有人本來就會唱西城版的。）
六、這首歌還滿受小五學生歡迎的。
